With over 10 years of experience across supply chain, manufacturing, and operations leadership, Christian ensures automation enhances human decision-making while delivering measurable and sustainable performance improvements.
Erandi Nos
Director, Business Development & Strategic Bids
Erandi Nos is a senior business development and strategic bids leader with over 15 years of experience supporting large-scale energy and infrastructure projects across Mexico and Canada. At πNORTH, she leads commercial strategy and complex proposal development, aligning client objectives with regulatory, governance, and long-term growth requirements. She has worked with organizations including TC Energy, InterGen, and TransAlta. Holding dual Mexican–Canadian nationality, Erandi plays a key role in πNORTH's cross-border growth strategy.
Gloria Avilés
Director — Capability Enablement & Applied Learning
At πNORTH, Gloria leads πNORTH's capability enablement and applied learning strategy, ensuring digital transformation initiatives deliver lasting operational impact. With over 12 years of experience across educational, enterprise, and regulated environments, she bridges technology, operations, and people, embedding human oversight, risk reduction, and sustainable capability transfer into every client engagement.

Dr. Arturo López Pineda
Director — Health & Data Sciences
Dr. Arturo López Pineda leads πNORTH's Health & Data Sciences practice, specializing in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and regulated healthcare environments. He brings world-class expertise in clinical decision support, secure data platforms, and responsible AI implementation. He is also the Founder and CEO of Amphora Health, a company member of the πNORTH Venture & Innovation Network, focused on delivering compliant, high-impact data and AI solutions for healthcare organizations. Dr. López Pineda completed postdoctoral training at Stanford University and holds a PhD and MS in Biomedical Informatics from the University of Pittsburgh. A Fulbright–García Robles alumnus and AMIA-certified health informatician, he currently serves as an adjunct professor at UNAM.
Víctor Jaime Granados
Director — Business Intelligence & Analytics
Víctor Jaime Granados leads πNORTH's Business Intelligence & Analytics practice, with more than 18 years of experience designing enterprise data architectures and analytics platforms for complex organizations. He is also the Managing Director of Linus Analítica, a company member of the πNORTH Venture & Innovation Network, where he supports organizations in modernizing data ecosystems, strengthening governance, and building trusted analytics foundations. Víctor has led strategic SAP BI and analytics initiatives for organizations including Cemex, Heineken, Grupo AlEn, Gonher, and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Guillermo Sánchez
Director — Technology & Artificial Intelligence
Guillermo Sánchez leads πNORTH's Technology & Artificial Intelligence practice, specializing in intelligent systems, automation platforms, and mission-critical enterprise solutions. He is also the CTO at Izalith Consulting Corporation, a company member of the πNORTH Venture & Innovation Network, where he designs autonomous AI agents and automation systems that deliver measurable business impact under strict regulatory and operational requirements. With deep expertise across financial services, industrial operations, and critical infrastructure, Guillermo architects secure, scalable AI solutions that combine advanced technology with human supervision and operational resilience.
